What do your washer dryer error codes mean?

When it comes to doing laundry, the washer dryer is one of the most important appliances at home. Although from time to time, you may need help with your washer dryer repair. At Hotpoint we care for our consumers and how our appliances are created to stand the test of time, unfortunately as with many other pieces of technology, appliances are not immune to faults.

In the event of a fault, your appliance may display error codes. We have created a list of error codes your Hotpoint washer dryer may display, along with the meaning and steps you can take to sort it out. For instance, if your washer dryer is displaying the F13 error code, simply click the option and follow the prompts. In this case, there is an issue with your washer dryer temperature sensing, and it will require an engineer visit. Understanding what is happening with your appliance can help you get the necessary assistance in a quicker way.

Is your washer dryer LED light flashing? With our self-help guide, you can select the option to match the issue your appliance is facing and identify the cause and steps to fix it yourself, or in some cases, directions for further support with our customer service team. For example, if your washer dryer is flashing LED2 and LED3, your washer dryer door can’t be opened or closed, and when closed the machine will not start. The first step is to check for any obstruction in the door lock, if nothing is obstructing the door, we recommend you to contact our support team.
